Crash Policy
We are happy to offer our Crash Replacement service as a small, but efficient compensation for when your dial gets broken.
Proof of purchase is required for your crash replacement. The broken dial will be changed by our facility and the shoe will be sent back as soon as the issue is fixed.
Should your damaged shoes be out of stock, we will give send the shoe back as long as it will be in stock again.

CARE & INSTRUCTIONS
It’s important to keep your cycling shoes clean and well maintained so they continue performing their best and don’t wear out faster than they should.
LEVEL 1. LOW: NOT SO DIRTY
Wipe clean with plain water damp cloth. Store in the UDOG organic cotton shoe bag out of direct sunlight.
LEVEL 2. MEDIUM: DIRTY
Use a wet sponge with some light degreaser (i.e. Chanteclair or Marsiglia Soap).
Once completed, place them on a horizontal shelf by stuffing with newspaper inside to absorb moisture.
Cool and dry storage is best to prolong the life of your shoes. Store in the UDOG organic cotton shoe bag out of direct sunlight.
LEVEL 3. HIGH
First of all keep calm, your UDOGs will come back white as they were before. Just use a few precautions.
Rinse off all the mud or other dirt present under running water. Wipe with a wet sponge and a light degreaser. Put shoes in the washing machine using a mesh laundry bag and add some Vanish Oxi Action cleaner (or similar)
Use a gentle program or a sport dedicated program, cold wash: maximum 30°.
Once the washing cycle is complete, place them on a horizontal shelf by stuffing with newspaper inside to absorb moisture.

OTHER TIPS:
_Do not use solvents, paint thinner or harsh chemicals.
_When drying, never place near or next to heaters, laundry dryer, fire or other sources of heat.
_If riding in wet conditions, stuff the shoe with newspaper to absorb moisture after the ride

edge guarantees greater grip in any ride condition. Its dial diameter is 30mm
provides better handling in racing situation. The Micro Twist is markable lower in
profile, only 10mm thickness for a more aerodynamic profile. Woven laces are very
flexible yet ultra-resistant.
TENSION WRAP SYSYEM 2.0
TWS 2.0 system acts primarily across the independent
tensors on a larger area of the shoe’s upper, pulling the eyelets inwards
consistently from all directions for a more supportive and comfortable fit.
Using textile lace guides further eliminates pressure hot spots.
MICROFIBER UPPER
The new CENTO shoe uses tech laser perforated
microfiber leather, it’s a lightweight and soft yet resistant material, ideal for racing
performance shoes. The adaptive material used on the upper allow natural
movements of the foot where needed for comfort, while data-driven TPU
reinforcement areas keep the foot secured for optimum power delivery and
efficiency.
Stiff Carbon Sole
Utra-stiff high carbon composite outsole with a stiffness index of 11.
It’s developed with a directional ventilation channel, and integrated rubber heel and
toe caps. The outsole features a large platform for easy cleat engagement, and
generous fore/aft bolts adjustments for precise fitting. Titanium alloy cleat nuts can
rotate to position pedal/cleats 5mm rearward.
